Hello, this afternoon I bought a small David Jones bag in "Snow Lilac" from your Maldon store. I love the bag but the thin long detachable strap was completely factory-sealed in plastic and kept inside the bag, (til I brought it home), but it has a manufacturing defect—the gold metal attachment clips were never sewn into the ends at the factory. Could you check if you have a spare strap in stock, or contact your supplier to request a genuine "Snow Lilac" replacement detachable strap for me? I have my receipt and can send photos if needed.
